Orders/Shipment/Refund

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 days business days. The exception to this will be if there is a wait required for the stock which is in your order. You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched. Which will have tracking number to track your order via Australia Post website. 

All products will be packaged in tied / sealed bags, or in there original manufacturers packaging. 

 

Delivery & Shipment options

 Australia Standard Postage

If you Spend $0 - $49.99 the shipment charge will be $10.99 

If you Spend $50 - $99.99, the shipment will be just $4.99

If you Spend $100 or more, you will get a FREE POSTAGE

 

 Australian Express Postage

For any order that selects Express Post, it will be $15 for any amount

 

Packaging Information

 If your order weighs more than 22kg then it will be split into seperate boxes to be packed properly and meet Australia Post's minimun delivery weight of 22kg.

Damaged/Wrong Order/or any other Issue

If you orders is broken or damaged or have any other issues, please don't hesitate to contact us with 7 days after you have received your order.The Delivery information can be access via Australia Post Website.

Note: If we have not heard anything and 7 days have passed we will be able to accept, return or refund.

Lets say, If your order is damaged or have any issues, please contact us within 7 days and take picture of the damage or the issues so we can farword it to Australia Post to sort out the issue together.

In the rare cases If an item you have selected online but it is not in stock we will message you via email or phone to let you know if we can send you similar but different brand or if you would like to negotiate or refund. We will help you on the spot.
